If your Karl Alley product doesn't fit you, if you in any way aren't happy with the product or if you just simply changed your mind about your purchase, we're happy to help you out.

We accept returns if they are returned within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund on reciept, excluding the original shipping charge.

If you prefer to exchange the product for a similar one in our store, we're happy to do that as well. However in this case we will need to charge you for the shipping of the exchange item.

If you want to return an item, please let us know by dropping us an email to info@karlalley.com stating your order number and we will get back to you with instructions and shipping details.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
